Our Meetings app is the show-stealer for this update. With dozens of improvements and a complete makeover, seamless collaboration is not just a jargon anymore.
Introducing the all-new meetings—for the hustler in you.
What’s new in this update?
A brand new dashboard
We have worked really hard to make sure important meetings do not slip away from your attention easily. So much so that even the invites you don’t respond to, will now be kept together in an Expired meetings tab.
Improved Visibility and Alerts.
Your meetings are now sorted in a manner where you will always have complete visibility on all your events.
We also gave our bot a major update and renamed it to Tac— yes, your very own executive assistant who always makes sure important updates reach you regularly.
With Tac in action, you will be regularly updated with all the activities that happen within the meetings app. Right from someone inviting you to a meeting to gentle nudges to all the participants just before a meeting begins.
Enhanced meeting creation experience
Creating a new meeting is now a whole lot easier and a power-packed experience.
Here are some new actions that you will directly able to perform while creating a new meeting, with this update:
- Add checklists and additional notes.
- Add a video conferencing link (Currently powered by Jitsi—supports up to 50 participants with unlimited free minutes).
- Directly attach notes, images from Unsplash, or files from your Flujo Drive.
ICS support added
Flujo meetings now support ICS. This means invitees (including external guests) now have the option of downloading a .ics file from an invitation to quickly import the meeting information to any calendar programs like Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar.
You can now quickly respond to a meeting invite with a Yes (attending), No (not attending), or Maybe directly from a bot notification.
You can learn more about all these features at our Help Center. Every feature on Flujo is carefully crafted to help you and your teams stay productive. Share your feedback with us by hitting on the little purple bubble you see on the bottom right of your screen or by tweeting @flujohq.
